Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

International shipping

We do not ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

DILAKS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
